So here's a rundown of the new Civalgo features that saw the light of day in 2023, as well as a preview of what's in store for 2024.
All project-related activities, resources and tasks are now accessible and editable from a single, user-friendly page. Quickly add or modify all your tasks from the list, hide columns that don't interest you, and easily export your data to Excel or CSV format in just a few clicks. Another time-saving new feature is the ability to duplicate a project in an instant, by selecting the information to be copied (activities, tasks, resources, etc.).
One of our proudest achievements of the year! With this new feature, you can have your work orders checked and signed in a matter of moments. Track the status of signatures and easily follow-up with your contacts in the event of a missing signature.
Get better long-term visibility of your tasks, projects and deadlines with our Gantt chart! Plan your tasks intuitively, adjust schedules easily and anticipate delays.
A new "adjustment" tab was introduced in 2023! Thanks to this tab, you can improve your budget tracking by updating the actual costs of each project in real time, while keeping a written record of these costs. What's more, you can now record project-related revenues, simplifying your profit calculations.
Exploit the full potential of our new resource dispatcher: enter a resource and dispatch it to any daily report without having to enter it. Quickly allocate resources to tasks and projects with just a few clicks.
Over the past year, we've significantly enhanced our SMS functionality. Now you can send an SMS message, easily linking it to the project and recipients concerned: communication is smoother and more efficient!
Making your work and that of your teams easier has always been our priority. That's why in 2023 we significantly improved our integration with Zapier, which you can use to integrate Civalgo with your essential software, such as Quickbook and BusyBusy.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in oneplace instead of havingto add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the richtext element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
