Name: Will be visible in resource planning and allocation.
Department (Optional)
Team leader: Will be in charge of the daily reports where his team will be divided.
Planner: Responsible for allocating resources in daily reports
Organization (Optional): Define team organization
Preferred view (Optional): Sets the default view for this team in a daily report
Shift (Optional): Defines the default shift for this team in a daily report
From the list of employees and equipment on the right, add resources to your teams by pressing +.
Click on "confirm" and your team will be created.
Import teams
Navigate to the "Teams" tab
Click on the options button at top right.
Click on the "Import CSV" button
Click on "Upload file" or enter your information manually
If you upload a file, it must be of CSV type. You will then need to associate the columns in your file with the columns in the import.
If you're using the manual function, simply copy and paste the pre-filled information from an Excel spreadsheet whose columns are ordered as shown on the import page.
Review the errors indicated by our tool (if necessary)
Click on the "Import" button
Great! You've just created your teams with resources that you can later add to your daily reports during the working day.
