Create projects to add tasks and track budgets, costs, revenues and profits

Create a project
Go to the project tab
From here, you have a "List" view of all your projects and their information.
And if you click on the 4 little squares at the top left of the page, you'll get a Kanban view based on the milestones of your projects.
Click on the "New project" button at top right
Fill in the required fields:
Code: Depending on your internal nomenclature, the code will be visible next to the name of each project.
Project name : This will identify the project. It can be the address of a project or the name of your customer, or a reference name depending on the work to be carried out.
Project manager : Is the project manager for the file. Requires the creation of an employee.
Milestone: Allows you to classify the project according to its progress in the Kanban view.
Customer
Planned date (Optional) : Approximate start and end date of your project
Type (Optional): Will soon allow to associate resource costs according to project type
Contract name (Optional)
Contract number (Optional)
Location: View the project on the map and distribute it by text message to your employees.
Click on "Confirm" and your project will be created.
Import projects
Navigate to the "Projects" page
Click on the options button at top right and "Import CSV".
Click on "Upload file" or enter your information manually
If you upload a file, it must be of CSV type. You will then need to associate the columns in your file with the columns displayed.
If you're using the manual function, simply copy and paste the pre-filled information from an Excel spreadsheet whose columns are ordered as shown on the import page.
Review the errors indicated by our tool if necessary
Click on the "Import" button and your projects will be created.
