Click on the "Add a report" button or move your mouse to the intersection of the chosen date and the project/team (depending on your grouping), then click to create a report.
Fill in the required fields
Date
Team
Projects (Optional) : You can also add scheduled tasks for the selected day. Tasks can be scheduled from the project task list (project tab).
View: Day or night view, depending on your work shift. The default view is day
Shift (Optional) : See Payroll section
Click on the "Confirm" button to create the report
Create a report by dispatching a team
Go to the Daily reports tab
Click on the "Dispatcher" button to open a dialog (right sidebar) with the projects, teams, employees and equipment to be dispatched.
In this dialog, go to the Project or Team tab
Drag a team onto a day to allocate it.
If you're grouped by project: Drag the team onto the project line on the right day to allocate it to the project.
If you're grouped by nothing: Slide the team onto a day to divide up the workload.
Duplicating a report
You can also create reports from existing ones.
Go to daily report form
Click on the report option button (3 dots)
Click on copy
Choose the dates on which you wish to duplicate the report in question. You can even choose to copy your title and/or description for the selected days. Your resources and activities will then be copied to the selected days.
